- Emojis IN the document (they display fine on screen/email)
- Page numbers on every page
- Professional CEO-grade layout with bullet points, bold highlights
- [ ] open checkboxes for action items (not filled squares)

## Daily Delivery
1. Generate morning brief docx
2. Email copy to jlynch@tlcnj.com
3. Print via Pages AppleScript (NOT lp command — Brother can't handle raw docx):

- If offseason for any sport, say so briefly
- NEVER skip NCAA — Joe specifically called this out as missing. Always include.

## Business Pulse Section — ALWAYS INCLUDE in Morning Joe's Rundown

Add a "BUSINESS PULSE" section to every morning rundown with brief status on:

1. **Tuckerton Lumber (TLC)** — sales tracking, margin targets, any urgent ops issues, April 30 portfolio connection
2. **Surfbox Portable Storage** — revenue progress toward $1M target, inventory, social media go-live (April 30)
3. **Keli Lynch Real Estate** — active listings, open houses, social media content status
4. **Firehouse (18 New St, Crosswicks)** — renovation progress, upcoming contractor meetings, floor plan status, materials needed
5. **ReBolt** — product development, prototype status, next step
6. **The Lobster Press** — social media factory status, any PRESS emails received, content in pipeline
7. **JFL&KL Investment Fund** — market vs exit baseline (S&P 6591.90 / Dow 46429.49), April 30 execution countdown, super investor tracker status
8. **What ROB is working on** — brief summary of autonomous tasks completed overnight and in progress

Keep each item to 1-2 lines. Flag anything RED that needs Joe's attention today. Everything else stays GREEN.

## JFL TTD — Daily Delivery
- The JFL TTD (one-page, 6-zone command center) prints EVERY morning as part of the Morning Joe's Rundown
- It is the LAST PAGE of the Rundown — ready to tear off and put on the clipboard
- Landscape format, all 6 zones, checkboxes, current items from all business areas
- Joe can request an updated TTD anytime through the day (just ask Rob)
- When Joe marks items complete (via scan or text), Rob removes them and logs to Done Archive
- New items from the day get added before the next morning's print
- Format: JFL TTD v[current version] | [Today's date]
