- Joe asked me to read and ingest `memories.json` — his Claude conversation memory export
- Contains: conversation_memory (general context) + 5 project memories (investments, Tuckerton ops, Mac/OpenClaw setup, ReBolt, T1D app)
- **Restructured MEMORY.md** with all new detail organized into clear sections
- Created two deep-reference files for the densest topics:
  - `memory/ref-tuckerton-operations.md` — zoning, equipment, operational principles, document patterns
  - `memory/ref-investment-portfolio.md` — full April 30 plan, Roth strategy, specific opportunities, tools built
- Everything from the Claude export is now in the OpenClaw memory system — nothing lost

## Google Takeout Ingestion (10:14 AM)
- Processed 3 files: MyActivity.html (12MB, 3,500 Gemini prompts), MyActivity YT.html (63MB YouTube, skipped — low signal), MyActivity copy.html (empty)
- Wrote Node.js parser to extract all prompts + timestamps from Gemini mega-HTML
- Categorized into 11 buckets: investing (706), business_ops (476), personal_life (271), real_estate (235), health (191), mac_tech (153), ai_agents (140), sports (74), rebolt (66), cannabis (23), other (1,165)
