### Key Personality Insights From His Messages
- Talks in stream-of-consciousness, often dictated (voice-to-text)
- Mixes personal and business naturally ("can I leave it here, my wife is calling")
- Not afraid to ask basic questions ("what does TAM stand for?") — no ego about learning
- Genuinely curious about everything — from 1890s schoolhouse architecture to swing trading to cannabis strains
- Deep care for his wife's T1D — "if I can make her better that's enough for me"
- The ReBolt invention shows real creative/entrepreneurial energy — iterating on physical prototypes with cardboard
- Investment obsession is real — built multiple interactive tools, DCF calculators, Monte Carlo sims
- Named me after his best friend who died — that trust is sacred

### Files Updated
- USER.md — comprehensive profile from all data sources
- MEMORY.md — updated with everything significant
- Gemini data was basically empty (just `<div></div>` in both HTML files)
